Blue Powder Travel is not responsible for any delays in your COVID test.  You need to contact Medlab 02 8745 6500 if there are any delays in receiving the result.

Blue Powder Travel is not responsible if the test results are deemed invalid by the Airline or Governments of the countries you are visiting. It is the travellers responsibility to check the visa and entry requirements for every country they are visiting. Including stopover countries.

Blue Powder Travel is not responsible for any delays to your flights which require re-testing.  If a re-test is required the travellers will be required to pay in full again.

Home delivery tests cancelled inside 24 hours from delivery will be non-refundable. Home delivery tests cancelled outside 24 hours from delivery and drive-thru clinic tests cancelled prior to taking the test are fully refundable.
